Thyme Square sits in a green wooden villa on Grey Street in Hamilton East, and describes itself as Hamilton's home of intimate dining. The kitchen is led by Logan Murray, and the format is built around a "Trust the Chefs" menu, where you choose how many courses you want and the kitchen decides the rest. You choose two courses, three, or a five-course tasting selection, each with an optional beverage match. There is a full a la carte menu alongside it, plus a separate vegetarian menu, and the room is small enough that dinner runs at its own pace rather than being turned over.
